While here, enjoy everything the area has to offer – from holiday markets to concerts, recreational opportunities, and time with friends and family. Some of our favorites are listed below but if you want even more, please reach out anytime! We’re closing the year with great momentum going into the New Year. Despite sluggish sales around the country, the market has remained active with sales in the valley decreasing 3% compared to this time in 2023 and dollar volume slightly higher. Of note, inventory continues to trend above last year by about 7% and the feeling throughout the valley and country is that there should be more available in the coming year, which should result in an active market to start 2025. Most important, I wish you a very happy and safe holiday season and new year. This is a magical time, and I hope you enjoy everything the season and our area have to offer.
