Redstone is a picture-perfect Victorian-age mountain village with beautiful mountain cabins, townhouses, private homes and estates of all shapes and sizes.

Redstone is located just east of the Crystal River that runs along Colorado State Highway 133. A little further north are homes on the west side of Crystal River on streets such as Aspen Drive, Bear Creek Lane, Chair Mountain Drive, Crystal Park Drive and Etasa Lane.

The town of Redstone is on the east side of the river, with Redstone Boulevard leading into town from the south. Many of the businesses are along Redstone Boulevard, and there are single-family homes, townhouses and cabins on nearby streets such as Osgood Street, Firehouse Road and Mackaby Lane. East Creek Lane off of Redstone Boulevard on the far north end of town heads east and up the mountain. There are few homes on East Creek Lane, but many of them have amazing mountain, town and river views.

While new luxury homes continue to pop up every day, some of the homes for sale in Redstone are Victorian-age residences constructed between 1840 and 1914. The town was developed by John Cleveland Osgood, a coal baron who was the cousin of President Grover Cleveland. Osgood built the Crystal River Railroad and many of the vintage homes in Redstone. The Cleveholm Manor, a mansion in town constructed in 1902, is also known as "Redstone Castle." The massive estate includes the main residence, a carriage house, a gamekeeper's lodge, servants' quarters and a greenhouse.
