  • Downtown Glenwood Springs is from Eighth Street to 27th Street. There is a wonderful mix of older residential and commercial property, and some new developments. In this area are mostly single-family homes with three or more bedrooms that were built from the late 1800s to the 1950s. There are a few condos and townhouses here, and most residences are within walking distance to the historic downtown shopping district.
